People call a locksmith when they are stressed, often at night, often on a phone with one bar of signal. This site is built to work in that situation, and to work for people using a screen reader, a keyboard, or a magnified display.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are not claiming a formal certification — we are telling you what we build to and what we know is still imperfect.
Every link, button and menu can be reached and operated with the keyboard alone, in a sensible order, with a visible focus outline.
Headings, lists and landmarks are marked up properly, so screen readers can navigate by structure instead of reading the page top to bottom.
Text and background colours are chosen to stay legible on a phone screen outdoors and at night.
The layout reflows when you zoom or set a larger system font. Nothing is locked to a fixed pixel width.
Photographs and diagrams have alternative text describing what they show.
There is no pop-up, no overlay and no cookie banner between you and the call button. The number is a tappable link on every page.
Some of our coverage maps are drawn as diagrams. They have text descriptions, but the same information is always written out in the page text as well — you never need to interpret a map to find out whether we cover your suburb. Check the service areas page, which lists every suburb as text.
We have not carried out an independent third-party audit of this site. If you hit a barrier, we would genuinely like to know about it.
Call or WhatsApp 079 106 5911, tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way, and we will fix it. Mention the assistive technology you use if that is relevant.
You never have to use this website to get help from us. Everything on it — prices, coverage, what a job involves — you can get by calling and asking a person. If you would rather we read it to you, we will.
If we do not deal with an accessibility barrier properly, you can escalate it under our Complaints Policy.
